Welcome to Joy Unspeakable Notary Services LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our").

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website (joyunspeakablenotary.com), booking systems, and notary-related services. By accessing or using our site or services, you agree to these Terms. 

 

1. Services Offered

 

We provide mobile notary services, remote online notarization (RON), apostille facilitation, loan signings, fingerprinting, I-9 verifications, and permit running. Additional services may be added over time.

 

2. Eligibility

 

To use our services, you must be at least 18 years of age and legally authorized to sign documents. Valid government-issued ID must be presented at the time of service.

 

3. Client Responsibilities

 

- Provide accurate, truthful information

- Ensure documents are complete (excluding signatures) prior to the appointment

- Comply with local, state, and federal laws

- Do not request illegal or unethical notarizations

 

4. Appointments, Cancellations, and No-Shows

 

- Scheduling: Appointments may be scheduled via phone, email, or online.

- Cancellations: Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel.

- No-Shows: Clients who miss appointments without notice may be charged a cancellation fee.

 

5. Payment Terms

 

- Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise arranged.

- We accept credit/debit cards, mobile payment apps, and invoicing for corporate clients.

- Fees may include travel, after-hours, or expedited service charges.

 

6. Remote Online Notarization (RON)

 

Clients using RON must:

- Have a stable internet connection and working video/audio capabilities

- Complete identity verification through KBA (Knowledge-Based Authentication)

- Allow recording and secure storage of the RON session

7. Apostille Facilitation Disclaimer

 

We are not attorneys and do not provide legal advice. Apostille services are administrative in nature. Clients are responsible for ensuring that their documents meet international requirements.

 

8. Limitation of Liability

 

Joy Unspeakable Notary Services LLC is not responsible for:

- Client errors, incomplete or fraudulent documentation

- Delays caused by government offices or mailing services

- Legal consequences from document content

 

All notarial acts are performed in compliance with New York State law.

 

9. Intellectual Property

 

All content on this site, including logos, text, and images, is the intellectual property of Joy Unspeakable Notary Services LLC. Reuse without permission is prohibited.

 

10. Termination of Service

 

We reserve the right to refuse or terminate service for any reason, including fraud, harassment, or noncompliance with these Terms.

 

11. Governing Law

 

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Albany County, New York.
