To keep the appointment smooth, please have:

  • Unexpired, government-issued photo ID for each signer.

  • Documents complete but unsigned (do not sign ahead unless instructed by your attorney).

  • All signers present at the appointment.

  • Witnesses present if your document requires them (or request witness options below).
